The
General Practice Clinic provides psychological services
to individuals, couples, and families. The Clinic is a
training and research center operated by Wright State
University's School of Professional
Psychology (SOPP), and is staffed by pre-doctoral
clinical psychology students and interns, and
post-doctoral fellows under the supervision of SOPP
faculty who are licensed psychologists.
The Clinic is one of several psychology specialty
programs addressing the needs of youth, adults, and
families as well.
Services Available The General Practice Clinic provides
services that address a variety of psychological
problems and/or concerns such as anxiety, depression,
anger, and hostility; stress, phobias, and panic
attacks; interpersonal relationship difficulties,
marital and/or family conflict; academic performance;
emotional, physical, and identity issues. This, however,
is not an all-inclusive listing of the concerns of
persons who request and receive services at the General
Practice Clinic.
