1. STANDARD PHYSICAL SET-UP:

 General Poly Clinic have the following departmentalized service wards and offices:

OB-Gyne   Pedia 
Orthopedics   Dermatology
Ophthalmology   Radiology
Urology  

ENT 

Dental   GEN serv.
Offices for Department Heads   Administrative  Service
Medical Staff Lounge   Nurse’s Station 

The different wards must conform to the standard floor area measurements with clean comfort rooms and clean water supply. The operating room complex must also conform with the standard floor area with enough operating lights. There must be a separate OB-GYNE operating rooms.

2. STANDARD STAFFING PATTERN:

A standard staffing pattern for General Poly Clinic adopted, Each of the different services has indicated their respective development plan to meet facility that have commitment

  1. Administrative Service

  2. Medical-Dental Service

  3. Poly Clinic Service 

  4. Nursing Service 

  5. Engineering Service

3. STANDARD EQUIPMENT:

The standard technical and scientific equipment as set forth by The Department of Health shall be procured together with complete furniture's and fixtures in the wards and offices including the Dietary and Linen and Laundry areas.

4. STANDARD DIAGNOSTIC AND TREATMENT CAPABILITIES:

It is imperative to maintain professionalism in every aspect of the GPC operations. All department heads must be diplomats and/or certified fellows by their respective Specialty. The Emergency Room should also be built with an observation room, a mini-pharmacy for emergency essential drugs, An Out-Patient Department that provides consultation rooms for the different departments with a waiting area, Dental Clinics, Medical Social Workers’ Office, Medical Records, Admission and Billing Section.  A Laboratory Department that has complete facilities for Hematology, Bacteriology and Screening. A Blood Bank which will serve as a collaborating center  Standard Office spaces for all Administrative Sections.
